A major factor in purchasing the “House” of Andy’s Housepitality was the large detached garage sitting on the property. It stands taller than many of the other homes on the block. Walking inside for the first time, a whirlwind of ideas flowed through Andy’s mind as he was staring at this blank canvas…
Further research confirmed that the property was zoned for Bed and Breakfast use in Noblesville, Indiana. With each purchase of a service from Andy’s Housepitality, we grow closer to achieving the goal of remodeling this structure into Noblesville’s premier Bed and Breakfast, complete with farm-fresh brunch offerings on site, just minutes away from the beautiful and historic downtown Noblesville.
